TRAINING SYSTEM

TRAINING & LEVELING SYSTEM: This system means to classify Facilitator Team members into categories according to individual extent of involvement in the team.

 

JUNIOR (level 1)
All facilitators who had completed FST 1 and joined at least  3 'one day' programs are automatically being established as ‘junior’

Want to go to Special group (Level 2)?? Facilitator should....
1)      Completed FST 2
2)      Joined at least an ‘overnight’ program
3) joined at least join 4 ‘one day’ programs
3)      Conducted at least 3 mass
4)      Being exposed to Head Faci(HF) job scopes

THEN,FACILITATORS WHO FULFILL ALL THESE REQUIREMENT, THEY SHOULD GO TO HEAD FACI TRAINING (HFT)

**after completed Head Faci Training(HFT), you are Special group (Level2) now~~!!!=D

Eh, what is the next level??aha~~!!! next level is call "Otai" (Level 3) Facilitator should....
1)      Completed Head Faci Training(HFT)
2)      joined at least  lead 3 programs as HF
3)      joined at least joined 3 ‘overnight’ program
4) joined at least join 5 ‘one day’ programs
5)     Conducted at least 5 mass

THEN,FACILITATORS WHO FULFILL ALL THESE REQUIREMENT, THEY SHOULD GO TO TRAINING OF TRAINER (TOT) UNDER FACITEAM

**after completed Training of Trainer(TOT), you are "Otai" (Level3) now~~!!!=D

so.......when you are "OTAI", you MUST...!!!!
1) Completed HFT and Training of Trainer(TOT)
2) Joined at least 2 external program conducted by other organizations, teams or consultants.


NOTE:

JUNIOR- understands the fundamental of Faci Team and has the commitment in joining programs
                - has the ability in conducting mass and understands what does a HF need to do.

SPECIAL   - understands and well trained/ practice as a HF
- Has the ability to help and train JUNIOR

OTAI      - able to identify and do intervention upon problems occur during program
                -able to train JUNIOR and SPECIAL group.
                -Joined and can utilize  experiences gained programs conducted by other teams,
  organizations and ect.

***HFT akn diadakn pd hujng sem2,11/12..so,rebut lah peluang utk join prog ni..limited to 30 selected JUNIOR (LEVEL1) utk naik jd level Special group (Level2)..
sila lawati blog MTC..ada modul,games n mcm2 lagi...blog akn di update from time to time..=)
