- Mostly not referred to the original modul indicated due to change of plan and to be suited with target group
- Mass modul not achieved
- LDK and slot not achieved
- Only done Taaruf,ice breaking,mind setting
OTHERS
- Need a deeper and broader information and data about targeted group.
- Need a very detail information, not only the problems but also what actually adik-adik NEED.
- facilitator not quite IN with adik-adik
- barrier not yet cracked between adik-adik and faci
DEVELOPMENT
REFERENCES:
- modul need to be emphasize on SHARING MOMENTS and stress on ISLAMIC VALUES AND INPUT
- facilitator have to gain trust from adik-adik
- May need a modul on TRUST. As it is the key to unlock the real problems from targeted group.
- a different approach is needed. Eg: input from video, lesson by books, more explanation based on a situation than explanation
OVERALL:
- Back to basic. By realizing the values and morals brought by Islamic teaching may give an impact on adik-adik.
- Congratulations to all facilitator. The program was truly a battlefield scene
